Q) What brands of laptops do you work with?
A) We offer repairs to all the major laptop and notebook brands such as: Sony, Compaq, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Acer, Toshiba, Dell, Fujitsu Siemens, Panasonic, Samsung etc. We also work on a wide range of clone laptops - contact us for further details.
Q) How much will my laptop cost to repair?
A) Generally 85% of all faults are repaired within the fixed fee price. In the event that the repair will cost more than the fixed fee then we will contact you with an all inclusive price to complete the repair.

Should you decide that you do not wish to proceed then all you have to pay is the cost of the carriage. We make no charge for the cost of the quotation.

Q) What happens if spare parts are required?
A) Within our fixed fee low value components up to £10 are included. Where a major part is required we will contact you and provide an estimate. Once this is accepted we will order the part and repair the laptop.

Q) How long will it take to repair my laptop?
A) 95% of all repairs are completed within 5 working days from date of receipt at our workshops. In the event that the repair will take longer than 5 days then we will contact you with a revised completion date.

Q) Will I lose all my data??
A) In over 90% of cases the answer is no. Usually it's not the hard disk at fault but some other component that has failed. We can, at your request, backup your important data to CD/DVD. There is a small charge for this service.

Q) Will there be a guarantee on the repair work?
A) Yes, all repairs come with a 3 month warranty for your peace of mind.

Q) Are there any hidden charges?
A) Absolutely not. The fixed fee is the only price that you will have to pay in the event of a successful repair. If we are unable to repair your laptop then this will be returned without charge. Carriage costs will be applicable in both situations.

Q) How do I pay?
A) Payment is only due once the laptop is repaired and ready to leave our workshop. A member of our Accounts team will call you personally and payment can be made by credit or debit card (via Paypal) or by cheque.
